The Arbor House Condos
A Greensboro development firm hired ESPA to study and provide recommendations on options for downtown property the company owned. The development firm ultimately pursued construction of a residential condominium project. ESPA designed and coordinated with the owner and city officials to develop a fifty-one unit condominium building comprised of one- and two-bedroom units. Building features include under-cover parking for 75 vehicles, outdoor balconies, a central elevator, and high-end room finishes.
